Subject: A complaint about a order I make.

March 2th 2017.

Dear Mr Anthony Perez.

This morning, 2 March, I ordered a component of 2x3cm earch one and a D70 motor of your online store I had the order reference F346/01.

But when te package arrived to my home I saw that the dimensions were totally different so that this it doesn't work and  the D70 motor doesn't work. For this problems I wish a replacement for the items.
He said that I'll have it to the day after tomorrow, it's a big problem for me.
